Failed or blocked edits
If an edit fails or is blocked, no Edit is deducted. If an allowance was temporarily reserved, it is returned to your balance.
Credit packages
Paid credits are one-time purchases, not a subscription, and they do not expire. There is no recurring charge.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is reviewed individually. Because credits are delivered immediately after purchase, requests are assessed against your purchase and usage history.
The final refund conditions, including any statutory rights that apply in your country, will be published here together with our payment provider before checkout opens.
